The Academy publishes lessons, quizzes, articles and other materials dedicated to binary options trading. The content of the service is educational in nature: breakdowns of instruments, strategies, psychology and risk management.

We reserve the right at any time to change the composition and order of lessons, to update the program and to temporarily restrict access to the service for technical work.

Academy materials do not constitute personalized investment advice and do not guarantee any income. Trading binary options carries a high risk and may lead to the loss of all funds you invest.

By making trading decisions you act at your own risk. The Academy, its authors and the Pocket Option team are not responsible for the financial outcomes of your trades, lost profits or any other losses.

4. Use Restrictions

It is prohibited to: use Academy materials for resale, replication or commercial distribution without written permission from the rights holder; interfere with the operation of the service, bypass protection systems, use automated means of mass data collection; share your account credentials with third parties.

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension of the account and partner status without compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, videos, trading templates and other materials of the Academy are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the rights holders.

You may study and apply the materials in your personal trading, but you may not copy them for public distribution, including in social networks, messengers and other channels.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this link. Material changes are reflected in the update date at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Academy after the terms change, you agree to the new version.
