Privacy Policy

Updated May 27, 2026

This policy describes what data PoSignals Academy collects, how we use it and what rights you have. By using the service you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Data Collection

We collect the minimum amount of data needed for the service to work: login and password hash at registration; lesson progress and quiz results; the name for the personal certificate, if you provide one; basic technical data (IP address, browser type, entry page) — for security and analytics.

2. Use of Data

Collected data is used: to authenticate you and sync progress between devices; to issue a personal certificate after course completion; for technical support and to prevent abuse; to improve the quality of materials based on aggregated statistics.

3. Data Storage

User data is stored on servers in encrypted form. Passwords are hashed and cannot be recovered in their original form. Lesson progress is kept until you explicitly request deletion of your account.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing is possible only in cases directly provided for by law or by your explicit request.

5. Cookies

The site uses two categories of cookies. Essential cookies (session, language, theme) are required for the service to work and are always set. Analytics cookies help us understand which materials are being read and where users have difficulties — they are set only after your consent in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored for one year; to reset it, clear the site cookies in your browser.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: request a copy of your data; ask us to correct inaccuracies; request deletion of your account and the related progress. To exercise these rights, message support via the Telegram link shown in the footer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may change this privacy policy. The current version is always available at this link. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to the new version.
